Fantastic helpful and great value for money. Landed in Czech Republic was met at the desk by a very helpful and English speak representative. Car was clean and tidy fully fuelled and ready to go. Drop off in Vienna was painless and easy, would highly recommend the service agent and the rental company and therefore will be using again. RegardsDavid ( 👠happy traveller )

I got new 2016 Skoda Octavia for two weeks during my June 2016 vacation in Europe, I made about 3000 km. and that car happily surprise me how good it was on European HWYs. and in the cities as well.The rental price was very competitive, I believe I saved about 30% comparing to other car rentals company at the Prague's airport. I have booked car on line for a week from Canada at Rent + and have to say the service was excellent. Fast, no problems - clerk speaking english no problem . Originally booked VW Golf and was upgraded to Mondeo at no extra charge as they had no Golf available at that time. Car was clean, almost new. I am Very happy customer and will definitely use the same car rental agency in a future. Way to go!!!! keep up the good work !!!! It counts.Thank you. Peter

We were to late with online booking, so all the normal priced cars were already taken and prices at the airport Prague were really high. After we find out bus transfer would take way too long we tried one more time the online the rental..and voila we found a Smart from Sixts rental for really good deal that was immediately ready. Everything went smooth, the car was brand new and you didn't even had the feeling you were driving in a Smart. Next time we'll definitely use it again.

ВООБЩЕМ ДОВОЛЕН ПРОКАТОМ, Автомобиль в идеальном состоянии,хотя бронировал за неделю,при оформлении не требуют Российских прав,возврат депозита в течении суток, без проблемный и быстрый возврат автомобиля. Можно смело оценить на 5 балов.

Great customer service experience.

Great tool to find good prices. However would be good if one could create an account for regular renting and set for instance preferences. Now you need to compare certain details to avoid the surprise of additional charges. It would be nice if you can have certain options set as required to be in the price such as airport surcharge, winter tyres included for instance. Also it would be good if one could not only enter his personal details but also the company legal and tax details so a tax invoice will be given upon rental return.
